ResortQuest’s Partner Program links Vacation Rental Companies across the world to improve Partners’ search rankings, share expertise, and increase homeowners’ vacation opportunities and lodging discounts.

Ft. Walton Beach, Florida – March 4, 2008 - ResortQuest International, Inc., a leading Vacation Rental Management and Real Estate Company, has launched the new ResortQuest Partner Program designed to enhance the general awareness and online presence of vacation rentals in the Travel and Hospitality industry. Built on the principle that the industry is strongest when vacation rental companies work together, ResortQuest has constructed a brand new Web site that features ResortQuest locations alongside other independent vacation rental companies.

This exclusive benefit is available to your homeowners who are participating in a short-term rental program with your company. This also includes their immediate family (children, parents, brothers and sisters).

The features and guidelines are:

Your owners and their immediate family members will enjoy substantial discounts at other ResortQuest Partners properties.

The rate for this discounted stay will vary by location. It will be based on the amount of total net income the owner of this property would have received from a standard rental for the same dates.

Should your owner have their property utilized for a QuestPerk’s discounted stay, they will receive the same rental revenue they would have received under the terms of your rental contract.

A maximum of one reservation at the QuestPerks discounted rate is permitted per destination, with a maximum of one unit per stay. Additional units or longer stays are available on a “best available rate” basis (minimum discount of 10%).

Each ResortQuest Partner Company may determine a maximum of 5 weeks for black-out periods where they will not be able to offer the QuestPerk’s discount.

ResortQuest Logo Usage Guidelines

The AFFILIATE logo must never be distorted or altered. Example: Do not rotate, compress, stretch or alter the color of the logo.
Do not outline or frame the logo or parts of the logo.
Do not eliminate any of the parts of the logo such as the term AFFILIATE.
Do not combine with other symbols or words.
Allow blank space of at least one half the width of the block “R” logo (no text may be nearer than this) when using the logo on letterhead, signs, landing pages, etc.
Use a logo that is large enough so that all the parts—the block “R,” the term AFFILIATE and the symbol “®”—can be seen and read clearly.
When used on a dark background, be sure to use the “KO” version of the logo. NOTE: The dark background color should show through the “R”.
